Artwork Guidelines

Supplying your own artwork? Here you can find all the specifications for supplying your own artwork.

Artwork Specifications:

PDF's are now the standard.

Whilst we accept other file types, PDF's are our preferred file format.

PDF's ensure that what you supply, is what we receive.

 

Convert your fonts.

Please ensure that you have converted your fonts to "Curves" or "Outlines".

This terminology may vary among different design applications.

Whilst we keep a comprehensive database of fonts on file, if you do not convert your fonts

to outlines, errors may occur during the print process, resulting in a reprint being required at your own expense.

 

Include bleed & trim marks.

We ask that you include at least 5mm bleed on all edges of your artwork, along with crop marks.

 

Borders.

We urge our customers to think twice when including borders on there artwork.

Due to a combination of both printing and guillotine processes, we can not guarantee that your borders will be of an equal distance from each edge of your product.

If borders are a necessity, we ask that you position them at least 3mm from the edge.

We will not accept responsibility for any uneven borders.
